Shipping & Delivery

As of October 3, 2026 all products sold here are virtual, digital downloads, or event tickets — nothing is shipped physically, and there are never any shipping fees.

For digital downloads: After checkout, you get instant access: a download link right on the confirmation page, plus a backup link sent to your email. Delivery is immediate. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder — or contact us at admin@greatlifeisamust.com and we’ll get it to you right away.

Event tickets and virtual workshop access links are delivered by email after checkout or at a date specified in the after checkout email.

Returns & Refunds

Digital products: We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not happy with your digital products for any reason, email us at admin@greatlifeisamust.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make it right or provide a full refund.

Virtual workshops & in-person events and experiences: All workshop and event ticket sales (including MOMentarily Gone Experiences) are final and non-refundable, unless the event description specifically states otherwise — always check the event details before purchasing. If a virtual workshop will be recorded, the event description will note whether the recording will be made available to attendees afterward.

To request a refund on an eligible digital product, email admin@greatlifeisamust.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
