I’m a mom of two, military spouse, speaker, entrepreneur, and the creator of the MOMentarily Gone movement. Through my brand, Great Life is a Must, I share experiences, encouragement, and opportunities that help women and moms pursue purpose while prioritizing their well-being.

Like many women, I spent years pouring into everyone around me while placing my own needs at the bottom of the list. During my husband’s year-long deployment, I found myself in a season of burnout and recognized that something had to change. I made the decision to put myself back on my calendar and began intentionally creating space for rest, reflection, and the things that made me feel like me.

What started as a personal commitment to my own well-being eventually became something much bigger.

After experiencing firsthand the impact that intentional breaks had on my life, I launched MOMentarily Gone, a movement and event series designed to help moms step away from their daily responsibilities, reconnect with themselves, and remember that caring for themselves is not selfish. Through curated staycations & travel experiences, and community events, my goal is to create spaces where moms feel seen, supported, and encouraged to prioritize themselves without guilt.

Professionally, I wear several hats as a speaker, blogger, and Global Venue Finder. Through blogging, hosting local meetup groups, and creating events, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with women from all walks of life. No matter the platform, my mission remains the same: helping women, with a special consideration for moms, create lives that feel fulfilling, meaningful, and their own.

I believe a great life isn’t about having it all together. It’s about intentionally making room for what matters most, including yourself.
