No refunds will be issued for this course. If you purchase this course and are unable to attend the workshop, you will have the opportunity to reschedule 1 time.

This is not an IG or FB live workshop. Registrants will receive a link to the video conference platform prior to the start of the workshop.

Will attendees have access to a replay of this workshop?

This workshop may contain personal and sensitive information pertaining to each individual attendee. For this reason, a replay will not be available. Please come prepared to take good notes.

Refund Policy for Apparel

Please be sure to double-check the details of your order prior to payment. All products are unique and produced per order. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Great Life is a Must is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for providing the right information at the time of your order.

Customers will only receive a refund or replacement if there are issues with the order, like manufacturing errors, printing issues, or the package is lost in the mail. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back, but you will be responsible for providing clear images of the issue.

Return to Sender Policy

Great Life is a Must is unable to absorb the costs of items being re-routed to the customer in cases of "return to sender". If your order is shipped and not accepted (for any reason) at the address listed on your order, the item will be returned to the sender (printing company).

Upon your request, Great Life is a Must will work with the printing company to reroute your order back to you. However, the printing company charges an $8 fee for this service, which will be passed on to the customer requesting the item to be re-routed.

Please ensure that a working address is used for all orders. Great Life is a Must will not be held responsible or liable, including financially, for any issues related to an error on the order address. If you are in the process of moving, it is best to have your items shipped to someone with a permanent address.
